I am the friendly guy

 

When you have computer problems, and you need someone to come to your home to help you figure out what is wrong, I am the guy to call.

 

I can give you one-on-one training.
I can show you how to use that expensive toy that you haven't quite figured out yet.
I can train you in all those "easy" tasks,
         (that aren't so easy, are they?)

I can help you! 

I have over 30 years experience with computers and hardware.

I'm sure I can help you.
I charge nothing for the first half hour*, while I evaluate your needs.
After that first half hour I then have very reasonable rates, at full hour intervals.



If I can't help you, there is NO charge! 

That's right. In that first half hour, I should already know what is the issue with your PC.
If I can't help you, I'll let you know by then and probably make suggestions for you.
But don't worry, if I haven't helped you, the call is free.

 

 *= Canceled appointments lose that free half hour. Sorry.

I live in Redondo Beach, and I can zoom right over to your house, probably in minutes.

 

Call or e-mail me. I may be able to help you without needing to show up, and if so, there is still no charge.
